Dear Parents and Guardians,
We hope this message finds you well. As you may know, we have a Costume and Doughnut Sale scheduled for tomorrow after school. However, due to the rain forecast, we’ve made the decision to relocate the event to the studio, providing everyone with a more comfortable and dry space.
Here’s what you need to know:
Location Change: The Costume and Doughnut Sale will now take place in the studio after school tomorrow.
Improved Accessibility: The bright side of this change is that it’s now much more accessible for the junior students.
For parents at the infants, you can conveniently cut through the grounds to reach the studio instead of having to walk around. Our dedicated volunteers will be on hand to direct you along the right path.
Donations: Please continue to drop off any costume donations in the box at the orange gate in the morning. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
Sale Price: All items will be available for just £1.
Directions to the Studio from Your Gate: To make it easier for everyone, we’ve provided directions from each gate at the bottom of this email.
We look forward to seeing you all at the event, and we hope you enjoy your well-deserved end-of-half-term doughnut treat! Your support is invaluable and helps make events like this a success.

Infant Gate Collectors: Collect your child as usual and walk down the path towards the yellow gate to reach the studio. Our volunteers will be there to guide you.
Yellow Gate Collectors: Collect your child(ren) as you normally would and walk directly into the studio together.
Green Gate Collectors: You have flexibility in how you proceed, so long as your child knows where to meet you:
– Collect your child as usual and loop back through.
– Alternatively, you can provide them with money to walk straight from their class to the studio and meet you afterwards at a pre-agreed location.
